Since 2003, she has honed her expertise in HR across diverse sectors, founding resolveHR in 2015 to cater primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises. Wendy’s clientele spans various industries, including IT, healthcare, automotive, education, manufacturing, retail, and not-for-profit organizations, where she offers tailored solutions in workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and conflict resolution. As a certified Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Wendy brings a wealth of experience in management coaching, workplace assessments, and emotional intelligence training for leadership, augmented by her certifications in tools such as Insights Discovery®, EQi 2.0®, and PXT®.
Specializing in “messy” HR, Wendy is sought after for her ability to deliver impactful advice, workshops and development programs across Atlantic Canada. With over 20 years’ experience in the health and IT sectors, Ian brings rich project and management expertise to resolveHR. A skilled strategist, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® as well as a certified Lean and change management practitioner, Ian’s proficiency in managing cross-functional teams on large, multi-phase projects, can bring even the most complicated workplace changes to reality.
Ian has deep experience leading small and large teams of staff, from job description development and funding, recruitment and onboarding, through to professional development and team growth. With a graduate degree from Dalhousie University’s Faculty of Management, Ian also has a background in policy development, data analysis, forecasting, workflow redesign and a broad understanding of how organizations can navigate the effects of technological change.
