Wendy MacIntyre is a seasoned Human Resources Consultant with over 20 years of dedicated practice. Since 2003, she has honed her expertise in HR across diverse sectors, founding resolveHR in 2015 to cater primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises. Wendy’s clientele spans various industries, including IT, healthcare, automotive, education, manufacturing, retail, and not-for-profit organizations, where she offers tailored solutions in workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and conflict resolution. As a certified Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR), Wendy brings a wealth of experience in management coaching, workplace assessments, and emotional intelligence training for leadership, augmented by her certifications in tools such as Insights Discovery®, EQi 2.0®, and PXT®.

Rafael Alvarado | Consultant
Rafael, a certified mediator and Insights Discovery™ Practitioner, has a wealth of experience from his background in law enforcement and management. With over 30 years of service in the RCMP, which culminated in being the Officer in charge of Technical Investigation Services and Cybercrime, Rafael’s investigative capabilities are a great match with his passion for building robust teams and helping workplaces reach their full potential.
Rafael excels in supporting teams with workplace difficulties related to employment, civil matters, cybercrime, and/or criminal issues. He is an invaluable resource to any team struggling with people issues. Rafael immigrated to Canada from El Salvador at the age of 6. He is dedicated to justice and fairness and is committed to supporting underprivileged and underrepresented people. Rafael is available to serve your organization in French, Spanish or English.
Ian MacIntyre | Project and Operations Manager
With over 20 years experience in the health and IT sectors, Ian brings rich project and management expertise to resolveHR. A skilled strategist, a Project Management Professional (PMP) candidate as well as a certified Lean and change management practitioner, Ian’s proficiency in managing cross-functional teams on large, multi-phase projects, can bring even the most complicated workplace changes to reality.
Ian has deep experience leading small and large teams of staff, from job description development and funding, recruitment and onboarding, through to professional development and team growth. Ian also has a background in policy development, data analysis, forecasting, workflow redesign and a broad understanding of how organizations can navigate the effects of technological change. A firm believer in “servant leadership”, Ian can help leaders put the right pieces in place to allow their teams to flourish.
